Jalen VirgilJalen Virgil, a four-year NFL veteran, on working with Storm Wilson after a serious foot injury. Transcript
What's up? My name is Jalen Virgil. I'm a four-year NFL vet and I had the pleasure of working with Storm last year for a pretty significant amount of time after I got a pretty serious foot injury. And one thing that I will say about Storm is he was very consistent with how he showed up on a daily basis, very detailed, very process-driven, and willing to work with you no matter what you have going on and make sure that we take all the right steps necessary to put you back in the best position and get you back to being healthy.
Rodney WilliamsRodney Williams, an NFL veteran, on working with Storm Wilson since 2021 and staying connected through the MOTiV app. Transcript
What's going on man? My name is Rodney Williams and I've been working with Storm since 2021. Not only is Storm's attention to detail great, but also his different strategies to attack the same issue, man. And he's helped me a lot through my career. I've signed up for the MOTiV app just so I can make sure that I stay in touch with him and continue to get good work in during my season. And man, I can't say enough good things about Storm.
Jay P.Jay P., a functional fitness athlete, on recovering from knee pain, a grade one quad tear and a labrum tear. Transcript
My name is Jay and I'm a functional fitness athlete, also an executive at a tech company. I was going to Storm for a little bit close to a year. He's helped me through multiple injuries. I've had some knee pain. I had a grade one quad tear as well as I tore my labrum and all three of those he helped me through and gave me a plan to make sure that I didn't re-injure myself. And one thing that really stuck out to me on the way he kind of practiced was his attention to detail and his after-hour support as well. I would send him texts throughout the evening on some occasions and he'd give me some articles or some stretches or some stuff along the way to make sure that I was getting the right treatment.
Caden PaceCaden Pace, a football player, on four years of working with Storm Wilson through multiple injuries. Transcript
Hey, my name is Caden. I'm a high school football player and I've worked with Storm for about four years up until he moved to Chattanooga. I would just recommend anyone in the Chattanooga area to go see Storm. He's helped me with numerous amount of injuries including my ankle, my knee, my quad, hip, and even my tailbone. And what's really special about Storm is that my injuries are very unique from getting tackled weird, you know, in any awkward injury and he would always know what to do and what it was and how to fix it. I had this hip problem one time and it was some weird name and I have no idea how he knew what it was. So just anyone in the Chattanooga area, I would definitely recommend going to him and he's a great PT guy.
Tra FluellenTra Fluellen, an NFL player, on his ACL recovery with Storm Wilson and what the support meant to him. Transcript
What's up everybody, I'm Trey Fluellen. I'm a football player. I'm going into my third year in my career in the NFL. Just hit free agency by the Packers, played with the Saints for a year, and I'm going to talk to you about what Storm Wilson did for me in the process of my ACL journey. Around three months I was fully sprinting, around six months I was cutting and driving, and around 12 months I had gotten all my confidence back and was 10 times better than I was before. That's one thing that stands out to me, but the main thing that sticks out to me about Storm is the whole time I was in the process of the ACL journey, he truly had my back mentally, physically, and emotionally. I was drained. I felt like I had been left out. I felt behind, and I felt like nothing was happening for me. And every day that I went back in the office, I made an effort to be better, just because of the people I was surrounded by. Storm truly made it a better place, and helped me truly escape from the stress that I was going through day by day. And I was able to focus and put more input, more oomph and more effort into the things that I was doing as far as it was to the ACL. Now I'm around three years later from the ACL surgery, and two, almost three years from being with Storm. But I can honestly say that this man has truly checked on me, you know, more than twice a month. Kind of making sure that I'm up to par on everything that I'm doing, and I truly think that anything that he gets his mind and gets his work into is going to make it a better place. But as a testimony, I think that he is a man of God, as well as a great father, a great husband, and a man who wants your best. And not only your best, but his best. And he's going to make you your best by being his best all the time, even when he doesn't feel like it. And I can say that from experience, that he has had my back for the past three years, checking on me constantly, you know, making sure everything's going right for myself. We have a son on the way, and he was one of the first ones to truly reach out. And it just means a lot to have him. So congratulations, Storm, to making your own business. I hope that I'm able to come by and, you know, get some work in with you because I know that you have my best interests. And I'll always have your back, and I'll always be here for you. And I hope you have a great day, and good luck on your company and everything that you have going in this life.
In their words

Sanoussi KaneNFL player. Baltimore Ravens, Tennessee Titans
I did pre draft and combine training PT with Storm Wilson. From college dealing with an Achilles injury I made full recovery through the extensive rehab and strengthening exercises. I tested well through my combine training and after I continued to meet with Storm for extra full body PT. I had an amazing experience.

Storm helped me with my past 2 ACL reconstructions. Storm shows up each and everyday with a positive energy and just motivates you to be your best self and get the most out of your PT and also his workouts were very beneficial to me and helped me get back in 5 1/2 months. I would say looking back at my experiences just the talks and laughs we had will never be forgotten.

Always been there to help fix mistakes I was making with my body, correction of shoulder mobility and even fixed my patella issues I had constantly. It has been over 5 years, now I'm getting 'fixed up' less and being maintained and improved. It's been a pleasure dealing with him! Now I'm 2024 Kentucky Strength Games Champion, Deck the Halls Classic Champion, 2025 AlabamaStrong Champion. Thank you for helping me get here and beyond Storm.

I've had the privilege of working with Storm Wilson for the past four years, and I can confidently say he is one of the most talented and genuinely incredible people I've ever met. As a professional athlete, I've worked with countless trainers, physical therapists, and medical professionals throughout my career, but Storm is truly in a league of his own. His knowledge, attention to detail, creativity, and dedication to his craft are second to none. After suffering a torn Achilles, Storm played an instrumental role in helping me achieve what I believe to be one of the fastest documented recoveries from an injury of that magnitude. That alone speaks volumes about his abilities, but what makes him special goes far beyond his professional expertise. Storm has an infectious personality, an incredible spirit, and a genuine passion for helping people become the best versions of themselves. He doesn't just treat injuries; he invests in people. He genuinely cares about your progress, your confidence, and your life outside of rehabilitation. Beyond his profession, he's an amazing father and an even better human being. His character, positivity, and integrity are just as impressive as his skill set. Four years later, I don't just consider Storm my physical therapist. I consider him a friend and someone I have an enormous amount of respect and admiration for. I genuinely cannot recommend him highly enough. Anyone fortunate enough to work with Storm is getting far more than an exceptional physical therapist. They're getting someone who truly cares.

What do people ask about paying at MOTiV?
Is there a discount for Be Strong members?
Yes. Be Strong clients get 10% off all visits and packages. The discount does not apply to a la carte services, and it cannot be combined with other promotions.
Do packages expire?
Yes. Each follow-up package is valid one year from the purchase date: 4 visits for $450, 8 for $850 or 12 for $1,200. A package belongs to one named patient and cannot be shared or transferred. It covers physical therapy follow-up visits only; the evaluation, specialty assessments, standalone dry needling, coaching and other separate services are excluded unless a written amendment includes them. Unused visits are not routinely refundable. The exceptions are billing errors, refunds the law requires, MOTiV permanently stopping the care you bought, or the therapist finding more package care unnecessary.
Can I pay with an HSA or FSA card?
Yes. MOTiV accepts credit and debit cards, HSA or FSA cards, cash, check and mobile pay. MOTiV is self-pay only and does not bill Medicare, Medicaid or commercial insurance. For your own claim, MOTiV can provide an itemized superbill on request for clinical services actually delivered. Reimbursement is not assured.
What is the cancellation and late policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. A late cancellation or no-show may be charged the full scheduled visit cost, with exceptions for emergencies, severe illness, dangerous weather or other significant circumstances. A missed package visit may carry a separate fee of up to $125 or the loss of that visit. If you arrive late, your session still ends at its scheduled time and the full appointment fee applies.
